RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges due to the personalization of our products. However, if you received a damaged/defective or incomplete/incorrect item from an order placed in our online shop, please contact us immediately by phone, email or through the Contact tab on our site. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact me through email with a photo attached within 2 days of delivery. If the claim is not brought to my attention within the said amount of time then it will not be accepted.

Order cancellations can be made within 24 hours of purchasing. If not made within the said amount of time then all sales are final and you will not be able to cancel your order. If other issues should arise please reach out to me through our Contact tab on our website and include your order number in the subject section so that we can do our best to resolve any issues.

The following items also cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (Like food or flowers)
• Digital Downloads

ORDER & SHIPPING

Processing time or an estimated shipping date will be clearly noted in the product description of the item you order. In-stock products will typically ship within 3 - 4 business days.

Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting an order. Shipping rates are based on real carrier rates and will vary depending on the products ordered and the shipping address. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping and processing charges are intended solely for order processing, handling, and packing of my products that you purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. If an incorrect address needs to be amended please contact us as soon as possible so that we may correct the address. If the address is incorrect on your order form and package has shipped, we are not responsible for replacing the shipped products. International orders require extended shipping time, 1 week or longer in some cases. Shipping times will vary based on your international shipping address. Please note import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. Once a package states that it has been delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SALE

Eternal Sentiments has the right to refuse service and orders at our discretion for any reason we see fit. If we see a reason fit enough to refuse services then we will be refunding purchases made immediately and will refuse all future purchases.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated below only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the Services;
• To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
• To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
• To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

Our company is hosted on the bigcartel.com platform. Bigcartel.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through bigcartel.com’s data storage, databases and the general bigcartel.com applications such as Google Analytics, Stripe and PayPal. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by bigcartel.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone and postal mail. Never share your login ID, password, personal or confidential information. I will never reach out to you asking for this information.
